The production method of selecting casting for automotive component product molds

In the automotive industry, casting is widely used as a production method. Calcination can be divided into random calcination and physical model calcination. Random calcination is a production method of forming metal materials by placing the raw material onto an iron felt to bear the impact or burden (commonly known as "quenching" in the market). The rough parts of the vehicle's worm gear and shaft are produced and processed using a random casting method.

Solid model forging is a production method in which metal material blanks are placed in the die chamber of the forging die to bear the impact or burden of forming. Compared with free forging, the products produced by free forging have a more complex appearance and more precise specifications.
