The Plastic mold pouring system can be divided into three categories based on different types of molds:

1. The door mold, gate and gate parting lines, mold and stripping, design is the simplest, processing is convenient, and cost is low, so more and more people are using the door system for operation.

2. Nozzle mold: The gate and gate line are not divided into different types. Usually, a set of nozzle parting lines is directly designed in product design, which is complex in design and difficult to process. Therefore, a precise nozzle system is often selected according to product requirements.

3. Hot runner molds have the same structure and fine nozzle, but the biggest difference is that they have one or more hot streams, temperatures, and hot extraction nozzles, but do not feed and demould cold. The runners and gates are directly on the product, so the port does not need demolding, also known as the pouring system. This system can save raw materials and is suitable for products with expensive raw materials and high demand. Mold design and processing are difficult and costly. The heat flow channel system, also known as the heat flow channel system, mainly consists of a heat flow channel cover, a heat flow channel plate, and a temperature control electrical box. There are two commonly used heat flow channel systems: single point heat flow channel and multi-point heat flow channel. Using a single hot gate, the molten plastic is directly injected into the cavity using a single hot gate sleeve. Multi point hot gate is used to branch molten material into each hot gate sleeve, and then enter the mold cavity through the hot gate plate.
