Injection mold is a tool for producing plastic products; It is also a tool for giving plastic products a complete structure and size. The structural form and processing quality of injection molds directly affect the quality and production efficiency of plastic products. Injection mold assembly is an important post process in the manufacturing process of injection molds. Mold quality is closely related to mold assembly. Mold parts are processed through milling, drilling, grinding, CNC, EDM, turning, and other processes. After passing the inspection, they are concentrated in the assembly process; The quality of assembly directly affects the quality of the mold and is one of the determining factors of the mold quality; Without high-quality mold parts, there can be no high-quality molds; Only high-quality mold parts and high-quality mold assembly technology can produce high-quality injection molds.
Select the component assembly reference component for assembling the fixed mold component. Based on the assembly drawing of the small bowl injection mold, select the fixed template as the assembly reference component for the fixed mold component. Assemble the guide sleeve and insert it into the guide sleeve hole of the fixed template. During installation, ensure that the center of the guide sleeve is perpendicular to the parting surface of the fixed template. Assemble the small core, fit the small core into the small core hole of the fixed template, and ensure accurate surface matching. After assembly, place the fixed template on a surface grinder, and use the parting surface of the fixed template as the reference to polish the upper surface of the fixed template, the upper surface of the guide sleeve, and the upper surface of the small core flush.
Assemble the fixed mold base plate, assemble the fixed mold base plate on the upper surface of the fixed template, and pay attention to checking that the joint surface between the two plates must be fitted without shaking. Assemble the gate bushing, adjust the matching position of the gate bushing hole in the center of the fixed mold seat plate and the fixed template, fit the gate bushing into it, and ensure that the lower surface of the gate bushing is flush with the parting surface of the fixed template. Assemble the fastening screws of the fixed mold base plate, adjust the matching position between the fixed mold base plate and the screw holes of the fixed template, and screw in the screws to tighten them symmetrically. Assemble the gate washer so that the inner hole of the gate washer matches with the outer ring of the gate bushing, and at the same time, the outer ring of the gate washer matches with the matching hole of the fixed mold seat plate gate pad.
